Welcome to the IT Systems Helpdesk

In order to resolve and prioritise IT Systems requests effectively, we utilise a helpdesk ticket system. Every IT Systems request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Staff and students of Droitwich Spa High School and Sixth Form Centre can sign in to the helpdesk ticket system with their network username and password. External visitors require a valid email address to submit a ticket.
